1. Convergence of trade information
       The Health Technology Industrial Park has established close cooperation and relationship with IFPMA (International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations), Informa PLC of UK, Nikkan Industrial Research Institute of Japan and KDRA of South Korea.Various information exchange activities were conducted. Zhongshan Pharmaceutical Association, Medical Devices Association and Cosmetics Association,Modern Chinese Medicine Park In South China（MCMP） have set up their secretarial offices in the National Health Technology Industrial Park so that relevant trade information can be collected ,which has become a unique advantage for the Health Technology Industrial Park.
2. Highly effecient application and approval system
       The National Health Technology Industrial Park has been jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Guangdong Provincial Government and Zhongshan Municipal Government. It has close relationship and timely communication with all levels of medical and health administrative departments in China. It has a large number of talents in the pharmaceutical industry and a team specialize in the application and approval of pharmaceutical projects, which can help companies processing application and approval of the projects, products and construction in time.
3. Technical innovation platforms
       The National Health Technology Industrial Park currently has more than ten scientific research institutes or industrial technical centers on its premises where concetrated a large amount of core technologies and innovation projects with independent intellectual property rights.Possessing various support platforms, including Sun Yat-sen University mobile postdoctoral center, Zhongshan Pharmaceutical Inspection Center under the State Drug Administration, the Health Technology Industrial Park Technical Center and the Innovation Service Platform,It has close cooperation and relationship with a number of well-known medicinal universities and research institutes in China as well. In addition, Zhongshan Municipal Government and the Torch Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone have contributed special fund to the development of the Health Technology Industrial Park which will be used for supporting the technical innovations of the industrial companies that have been newly settled down in the Health Technology Industrial Park.
4. Strong financing channels
       The National Health Technology Industrial Park has established close business relationship with the five major commercial banks in China, including Bank Of China, Industrial & Commercial Bank Of China, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank Of China and China Bank Of Communications . By signed special financing agreements with those banks ,we’re able to utilize the public capital and risk
investment to support the settlement and business development of the pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Health Technology Industrial Park.
5. Pharmaceutical sales networks
       The National Health Technology Industrial Park has gathered a large number of pharmaceutical trading companies which formed a large pharmaceutical sales network, including Guangdong Jizhoutong, Zeus Medicine Group, Succhi Pharmaceutical (Group) Ltd., the import & export company of the Industrial Park, etc., which have sold the products manufactured in the Health Technology Industrial Park to various parts of China and exported to Hong Kong, Macao, Southeast Asia, etc..
6. An industrial park of high standard
       The overall plan of the National Health Technology Industrial Park has been jointly accomplished by a US company named AEPA and China Academy Of Urban Planning & Design ,it meets the standards of FDA and NIH of the United States and the requirements of the Chinese SDA regarding GMP factory buildings, waste water treatment system and security system. The living quarter of the Health Technology Industrial Park is facilitated with standard apartment buildings, dormitory buildings, canteens and restaurants, recreation squares and a scenery park. wide roads, fresh air, large shady green trees and lawns in the industrial park are very impressive.
